At Pixelerkey, we are committed to ensuring you and your pet love every product you purchase. Our goal is to provide a smooth and reliable experience from checkout to delivery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Our Return Policy
Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order was placed.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging included. A proof of purchase is required.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge restocking fees.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at support@Pixelerkey.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days
- Items must be sent back within 5 days after approval
- Returns without approval will not be accepted
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalized products
- Used grooming items or hygiene products
- Opened or used feeding products
- Items without original packaging or seals
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If your shipping address is incorrect, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after processing. Vanidog is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
